Having started his career in bespoke architectural joinery, Neil’s interest in sympathetic architectural design, together with his experience in production management, meant that he was naturally drawn to the appeal of individual specialist conservatories. He guided the creation of Malbrook around 20 years ago and his focus is always to ensure that the customer gets the very best quality of product and service throughout the design, build and installation process. Neil has visited every single job that Malbrook has ever completed and takes a personal interest and pride in every aspect of the business.
Company Secretary and Chief Surveyor, Ian Harvey
The Company Secretary, but more importantly, Ian is one of the top surveyors of Conservatories in the business. He works in tandem with the Designer and Structural Engineer to ensure that you have considered every angle when it comes to deciding exactly what you want. Ian’s approach to design and his creative input are invaluable.
Structural Engineer, Nigel Pearson
One of the first Structural Engineers specialising in the conservatory business, Nigel has over 40 years experience. He will ensure that your project ‘works’ as well as looks good. A skilled Surveyor, he will also be on hand to convert the designer’s ideas into a detailed plan including close liaison on site with contractors, architects and clients.
Chief Architectural Designer, Jeremy Preston-Jones
With over 20 years experience, Jeremy is a designer who is as passionate as you are to ensure that your project fits your house from a design concept and does exactly what you want and need it to do. He will challenge your ideas if he thinks he can improve upon them. His architectural background means he is ideally qualified to do this.
Office Manager, Jackie Savage
Jackie runs the well organised office operations at Malbrook ensuring good customer communication at all times. She maintains the website with up to date images of recent products and innovative ideas. Jackie is also the person to contact for Marketing and Public Relations. The former owner of a Conservatory Interiors company she can offer much advice and guidance in this area
Senior Draftsman, Mark Wild
Bringing the design ideas to life, Mark is Malbrook’s resident artist who not only draws up the schemes, but also prepares a water colour impression of what the proposed building will look like. Mark is also the contact person for the advertising and promotion of Malbrook.
Head Fitter, Martin Wilson
Malbrook’s construction expert; he has been fitting conservatories with allied building works for over 20 years A craftsman builder by trade, he is on hand to ensure that the link between building works and conservatory installation goes without a hitch. Martin gives the same personal commitment to all projects and his considerable expertise means he can tackle every single aspect of building and installing a conservatory.
