Individual Conservatories and Orangeries by Malbrook

From your own perspective
Your vision for a new conservatory is created in the mind's eye. It is unique, a reflection of you and your lifestyle: an expression of the distinct, individual character of your home. At Malbrook, our aim is to embrace your vision and add our specialist skills to develop an original and perfectly integrated addition to your property.

A conservatory in keeping with your home
Each Malbrook conservatory is individually designed and constructed to respond sympathetically to the architecture of your house and the layout of your garden. Our highly qualified and creative designers use their skills to ensure your new conservatory or orangery blends effortlessly with the existing features of your home.

A context-led approach to design
Whether the setting of your home is rural, urban or suburban, whether its architecture is listed or contemporary, Malbrook designers are skilled at creating imaginative and distinctive solutions to complement a wide range of architectural styles.

Folding sliding doors
Opening the back of the house to integrate fully with the garden is an option that our clients increasingly choose. As part of our service Malbrook design, manufacture and install folding sliding doors using appropriate hardwood and double glazed units to meet the highest specifications. Flush mounted drop bolts secure the doors firmly in place, while allowing finger tip control to open up some or all of the doors as required. See our folding sliding doors.

Integrating your home and garden
Whatever the season, a conservatory will soften the threshold between house and garden and bring the benefits of natural light and garden views into the heart of your home. Malbrook are experienced at ensuring your new conservatory is sensitively designed and constructed to work in harmony with the features and layout of your garden for year round enjoyment.

Extending your living area
A well-planned extension has the ability to change the way you use the spaces in your home. It can link previously separated areas such as a kitchen and dining room to become the heart of your home. Alternatively it can provide a secluded place removed from the noise and activity of family life.

The orangery glasshouse
orangery type glasshouse was originally developed for the cultivation of orange trees in the cooler British climate. This is generally a substantial extension combining solid walls with a glazed roof. An orangery provides an interesting alternative to a conservatory.

Roof lanterns
An inset roof lantern can provide improved natural light and an opportunity to introduce low voltage lighting to a new or existing space.

Conservatories in urban settings
Sometimes space is at a premium, both inside and out. Malbrook are experienced at designing and constructing conservatories on restricted urban sites, ensuring that you gain maximum benefit from your valued town garden, courtyard or terrace.

A considerate use of colour
Not all conservatories are white! Many Malbrook conservatories have subtly employed colour to form a sensitive palette to blend with their surroundings. Others have used the natural finish of hardwood to striking effect.

Creating a room with a garden view
A conservatory creates the opportunity to frame views of your garden, as well as providing a place in your home to relax and admire the view in all seasons. From initial design drawings to planning and construction, Malbrook offers you a full and wholly individual service to create your new room with a view.

Superior quality materials and exemplary workmanship
All our conservatories are custom-built by skilled craftsmen using materials and methods employed for centuries. Your conservatory will be given individual attention and our quality control will ensure a perfect result. On-site installation is carried out by our expert fitting teams.

Your conservatory will be in use all year round and Malbrook understand the importance of creating a comfortable environment for all seasons. Our designers incorporate features such as roof ventilators, radiator covers and underfloor heating to ensure that your conservatory is cool and airy during the summer months and warm and cosy in winter. Use of argon filled low emissivity double glazed units ensures insulation to satisfy the most recent building regulation.
