These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods and services by Malbrook Joinery Ltd. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms.
The following terms set out the basis on which we provide quotations, enter into contracts, supply goods and carry out installation work.
All contracts are subject to these terms and conditions, which supersede any previous agreements unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
We reserve the right to amend these terms from time to time, although the terms in force at the date of contract will apply to your order unless otherwise agreed.
Quotations remain valid for the period stated within the quotation, typically 30 days, unless withdrawn earlier in writing.
Acceptance of a quotation, whether in writing or by other clear confirmation, forms a binding contract. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all prices are exclusive of VAT.
Payment terms will be set out in the relevant quotation, order confirmation or invoice. Deposits and stage payments may be required depending on the nature and scale of the project.
Final payment is due on completion unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.
Any delivery or installation dates provided are estimates only and may vary according to manufacturing, site or external conditions.
We are not liable for delays arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. The client is responsible for ensuring that suitable site access, working conditions and any necessary preparatory works are in place.
Our products and workmanship are guaranteed against defects for the period stated in the relevant quotation, contract or accompanying documentation.
Any guarantee is subject to proper use, reasonable maintenance and compliance with any care guidance we provide.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services supplied under the relevant contract.
We shall not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of opportunity or any similar loss arising in connection with the contract.
These terms and any contract to which they apply shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
We would be pleased to discuss your requirements. All Malbrook projects are managed through our Reading office, with a single point of contact for customers across the South of England.
